Due to roadworks in connection with the building of new homes at Great Park on the old Warlingham Park Hospital site, buses after arriving at Warlingham Sainsbury's operate via a one way loop along Chelsham Road, Sunny Bank, Farleigh, Harrow Road, Chelsham Common and Chelsham Road then take up the normal route back to West Croydon. This was anticipated to last for about eight weeks, but continued right through until 15th December, the last day of operation of route 403 between Warlingham Sainsbury's, Farleigh and Chelsham Common.
